1. This E-ticket is personal and non-transferable, any change will be only allowed within 24hours of anticipation to the date of the flight
2. This ticket is valid for 6 months as of the date of emission.
3. LC Busre considers the emission of the ticket as “confirmed”.

The right of emission of each One Way (OW) ticket in the sales offices has a cost of USD $10.00 (including TAX) per ticket.
5. The passenger who does not show up to the flight and/or doesn’t board the plane will have to reactivate the ticket after paying. Adult USD $ 50.00, Children $25.00 and Infants do not pay.
6. The penalty for date change and/or route diversion and/or of flight is adult USD $25.00, Children USD $12.50 and Infants do not pay.

LC Busre does not provide transport to the PASSENGERS from the city to the airport nor from the airport to the city.
8. All passengers must be at the airport 60 minutes prior to the departure time of the scheduled flight. In the case they should fail to fulfill this disposition, they will lose the reservation and it could be used by another passenger, without no responsibility or obligation from LC Busre. In any case, the PASSENGER who loses the flight for this reason, will not have a claiming right whatsoever.

LC Busre is committed to transporting the passenger and his/her luggage with reasonable punctuality. The hours that are indicated in the itineraries or some other publication are not guaranteed as far as fulfillment goes and they do not form part of this contract. If required, the transporter can, without previous warning, be replaced by other transporters or change of flight material and can alter or omit stops indicated in the ticket if necessary. The itineraries are subject to changes without previous warning. The transporter does not assume the responsibility to guarantee the connections. LC Busre will not be responsible for the delay and/or cancellations in the exit or arrival of the flight produced by acts of greater force (E.g. bad meteorological conditions, or incidents in the airport, that produced by others, alter the normal arrival and departure of the flights, terrorist attacks, threats, accidents, among others). Also, LC busre is not responsible when existing predetermined routes of flight are delayed for greater forces in one of the destinations of the route. LC Busre will not reimburse by any of the previously stated mishappenings.
10. Each PASSENGER has a right to TEN kilos of luggage in the main deck and FIVE kilos of hand luggage. All excess will be admitted only if the capacity of the aircraft allows it and the corresponding payment takes place. LC Busre may inspect, in the presence of the PASSENGER, the content of his/her luggage, being able to reject their transport if he or she is against the inspection.

It is not allowed to register as luggage the following items: samples, fragile goods, perishable merchandise, electrical appliances, spare parts, any kind of food and animals. Also, PASSENGER should not include in your luggage any kind of valuables articles (money, valuables, jewelry, etc...); LC Busre will not be responsible under any circumstances for loss or damage caused in those articles.
12.
The baggage delivery to be made to the PASSENGER is going to be against the bag tag. In case of loss or misplacement the bag tag, LC Busre may require identification of the person entitled to claim the luggage and delay its delivery until it is sufficiently proven.
13. Claims: all claims regarding luggage should be made preferably before leaving the airport premises through and through a “CLAIM”, which must be reliably written. The lack of a CLAIM makes all actions, administrative or judicial inefective, fraud being the only exception. LC BUSRE’s liability is limited by the liability provided in the Civil Aviation Act of Peru and its regulations, to the equivalent in local currency supported by the insurance coverage hired by LC BUSRE.
14.
Are excluded from the air transportation according to this contract: a) Persons who are in an evident drunkenness or under the influence of drugs and other narcotics or present any other condition that might affect the normal development or endanger the flight safety. b) A person whose physical or health condition is not compatible with the trip. c) Weapons, ammunition, explosives, inflammable substances or any object that may constitute a danger to passengers, cargo and flight safety. d) Persons carrying any of the objects mentioned in the preceding paragraph. e) Objects and / or animals that cause discomfort to other passengers or because of their size, weight or other characteristic, not likely to be carried in LC Busre aircraft, all before mention for free discretion LC Busre.
15. LC Busre is responsible for the damages and harm caused by death, injury or damage suffered by the PASSENGER, when the accident takes place aboard the aircraft and by imputable cause to the company, within the limits of repair established by the effective norms. The responsibility of LC Busre will be attenuated if the damages were caused by, or contributed to cause by, the negligence, action or illegal omission of the PASSENGER. In no case will LC Busre have responsibility for any damages and/or harm produced by greater forces.
16.
LC Busre is not responsible for the health and fitness, mental and moral health of passengers traveling on its aircraft, nor for any medical conditions or accidents that may occur as a result of that condition.
17. The pilot, in agreement with the national norms and international treaties, will be able, according to his criteria, to disembark any PASSENGER in certain place before the flight or having begun the latter.
18. LC Busre will be able to make use of aircrafts of other transporters of aviation in order to fulfill the contracted aerial transport.
19. The intervening parties of this transportation agreement in all matters related to carrier liabilities and others related to this agreement are subject to the laws of Peru and mainly to the Civil Aviation Act of Peru No. 27261 and its Regulations and submit themselves to the Peruvian Courts Jurisdiction.
