Unaccompanied Minor Passengers

Passengers between the ages of 6 and 17 years old are considered minors allowed to travel on their own. Minors will be received in the counter and delivered to the person who will be in charge of them when they reach their final destination.
It is mandatory for minors up until the age of 5 to travel in company of an adult.
The person accompanying the minor must remain in the airport up to 30 minutes after takeoff and sign a disclaimer for the Company. For Check-in:
* We require a notarized permission of a parent if traveling with a third party.
* We require information regarding the person who will receive the minor at the destination station, as well as the person leaving the child at the counter (name, address and telephone number, which must match their ID cards).
* At the moment of checking the minor, the following documents must be presented: passport, identity card and / or birth certificate of the child.

Infants

We consider any child under the age of 24 months, an infant.
Infants pay 10% of the fare.
Due to fare issues, infants are only entitled to transportation. Infants are not entitled to a seat or baggage space.
We will only accept one infant per adult and three infants per flight.
The only baggage accepted for infants are a diaper bag or a trolley.
Infants less than ten days old will not be accepted on board without a medical certificate declaring their conditions to travel.
