Passengers with Disabilities

As a matter of security, we will only allow boarding of passengers who can fend for themselves. If the passenger would require help to move, he or she will be assisted from the time he or she is in the gate up until it is time to board the aircraft.
If the passenger is travelling with his or her own wheelchair, it will be transported with the rest of the checked baggage.
During Check-in, passengers with disabilities must show they are in good conditions to climb the stairs up to the aircraft.
Passengers with disabilities will be the first to board and the last to descend the aircraft.
One of our service agents will accompany the passenger to the airplane. He or she will also provide all the necessary help during boarding and exiting.
